NOTICE: 2025 KEYS NOW AVAILABLE!!!

The Watkins Lakelands Improvement Association, located in Waterford, MI, is made up of residents from Forest Avenue, Payton Drive, Maycrest Drive, Horseshoe Road, Sedum Glen Street, Ross Drive, and three homes on Crescent Lake Road adjacent to Payton Drive.

As a member, you can purchase a key for $60 to access the beach and boat launch areas. This fee is utilized to maintain our properties, with the help of dedicated volunteers.

If you are interested in obtaining a key, they can be purchased at 4491 Sedum Glen.

-There will be a kid's costume contest, winner will be selected 5:30pm

-Pumpkin painting for the kids

-Candy, donuts, & drinks will be provided but please feel free to being more to share

-We will have a tent will be setup along with heaters(if it's cold)
